Ingredients
- 200 grams tempeh
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 lime, the juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- Tempeh marinade:
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Olive oil
Method
- Cut the tempeh into small cubes and add to a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of coconut aminos, 1 tsp paprika powder and drizzle of olive oil, stir and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the tempeh on skewers and air fry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add all ingredients to the tempeh sauce and slowly heat on low heat until thickened.
- Cover the tempeh skewers in peanut sauce.
